Online Professional Development Coaching and  Academic Tutoring will be designed and developed. Design Online Mentoring Program for Young IT Lecturers in Developing Countries. Use YouTube and Competitors to assist online work.

Sending First Life professors to teach for Long Sojourns or Entire Careers in Poor and developing Countries - they will need an  IT Support Center / Clearing House / Resoucces Center.
